Neshamá - sorta Arbequina
Extra Virgin Olive Oil with an average-to-high fruitness. Smooth with a bitter and low-medium spiciness, reminiscent of vegetables, especially tomatoes and fig, as well as banananas and nuts.
Excellent for starters of fish and boletus, mushroom, salads, baked, boiled and grilled fish. Delicated salads or those rich with butter flavours, sauces, pastries, cheese and read meat.
